Note on size / adjustment:
The mouthguard (one size) is a "blank", this must be adapted to the teeth by boil and bite, that is, by boiling in hot water.
The mouthguard looks small, but is completely deformable and adaptable.
You have to adjust it as follows:

Place the mouthguard in boiling water for 25-30 seconds.
Then hold the mouthguard in cold water for 1 second.
Now adjust the mouthguard to the upper row of teeth and press on and leave in the mouth for 30 seconds.
Then put it in cold water again.
If the mouthguard does not fit perfectly, start again from step 1.
