Note on size / adjustment:
The mouthguard is "blank", this must be adapted to the teeth by boil and bite, i.e. by soaking in hot water. The mouthguard looks small, but is completely malleable and adaptable, you have to adapt it to your upper row of teeth !
- Put the mouthguard in boiling water for 25 seconds.
- Then hold the mouthguard in cold water for 1 second.
- Now adjust the mouthguard to the upper row of teeth and press it on and leave it in the mouth for 30 seconds.
- Then put it again in cold water.
- If the mouthguard does not fit perfectly, start over from step 1.
