The water-air punching bag consists of three components; a high-quality outer shell, a thick, water-filled chamber inside and an air chamber in the middle.
The water ensures an even distribution in the water-air punching bag, so that the punching bag has the same hardness everywhere. The water also ensures the right weight so that the punching bag remains very stable during training. Beating also conveys a lifelike feeling, as the body is also made up of 70% moisture. What we should definitely not forget is that the effect of a punch or kick on the water-air punching bag is absorbed much more slowly, which reduces the risk of injuries to joints such as the wrist, elbow, shoulder, knee and ankle.
By using an air chamber, the user can determine the hardness of the punching bag himself. With the included pump and the practical valve you can determine the hardness of the air space yourself.
