Inside with a special 4-layer foam padding that absorbs impacts particularly effectively and minimizes the risk of injury.
For a firm fit on the hand, the claw is extra padded under the palm and also has additional padding in the wrist area. So you have a firm grip on the claws and your hand is protected even with inaccurate hits.
A breathable mesh fabric on the back of the hand distributes heat and moisture.
