Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Cyprus.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat shipping fee for germany of 4,90 € per order.

From an order value of 70,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost in germany.

If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
mat shipment - 39,90€
Heavy bag bulky goods shipment - 59,90€

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:

Austria:8,90 € / Luxembourg: 9,90€ / All other countires: 12,90 €

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 4 - 9 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

• Get first. Pay later (in 14 days): The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. The complete terms and conditions for deliveries to Germany you can find here and the complete terms and conditions for deliveries to Austria you can find here.
• Slice it (only available for Germany): With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. • Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard), Direct Debit, Sofort direct banking

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
